Welcome, to Cooking with Xeing. This is our last recipe for this year. It has been great making all these Asia ethics food videos. Today we’re making ” Stir-Fried Vegetable. This is quick, easy, and you can personalize it to your taste.
It is easy to make and will fix your hungry just in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
8 pieces of bell peppers, sliced long
4 pieces shiitake mushroom, cut in half
1 onion, thin sliced
2 cups cabbage, chopped
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Instructions
- Preheat a wok over high heat, pour in the oil.
- Add onion, sugar, Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper
- Add all the vegetables
- Stir-fry until tender
