These Keto BLT Lettuce Wraps are loaded up with healthy fat and protein for a simple school or work lunch in a hurry. Essentially make them early and store in the fridge for a few hours. The lettuce holds up so well you can even pack them for a cookout!


  • 4 Slices bacon
  • 1 Big Piece Of Leaf lettuce
  • 1/2 Sliced tomato
  • 2 Teaspoons Mayo (optional)
  1. Place the four slices of cooked bacon and tomato onto the lettuce leaf and top with mayo.
  2. Alternatively, you can cut the piece of lettuce in half and evenly divide all ingredients to make two.

  1. Lately I’m always bloated and I tend to think carbs are to blame. I plan on cutting down on carbs for the next few weeks and see if I feel any better. This BLT is the perfect idea, plus you really don’t feel like you’re missing out. I’m thinking of trying this with kale just to make it more nourishing, I feel like I’m always snacking. What mayo do you use? I find most store-bought brands cause me to break out so I kinda cut it off completely.

      I use very little of the store-bought brand. I hope you try Keto BLT recipe, it’s one of an easy and yummy snack.

  2. This looks delicious! I would have never thought to create a keto version of the BLT, but it makes total sense considering bacon is used frequently in keto recipes. I’d have to have the mayo on there for that added creaminess. Would it still be keto if I added some cheese? I imagine adding a slice of cheddar would be heavenly!
