  1. I have always used natural remedies for most things. I only recently started using garlic. It is simply amazing! I was using it when I had an infected tooth. A piece of food got caught in my gums and they became swollen. I didn’t have a garlic clove on me but I had organic garlic power so I took a teaspoon amount of that twice a day for 3 days and it cleared it up!

  2. I’m getting plenty of honey and garlic into my diet. I am also working on reducing stress and getting a bit more sleep in. I’m currently sleeping just around 6 hours and I know I need 7 and a half perhaps. I have a stressful project for work that keeps me up a lot.
