Keto Spinach Salad

- 6 oz fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- salt, pepper
- Chop up an onion and hard-boiled eggs, crumbled bacon and mix with spinach.
- Top salad with vinegar and salt and pepper.
