Indonesian Kroket Kentang

Croquette is the name of a food taken by the Indonesian people of the Dutch nation but is a food adaptation from France. In Indonesia, croquettes are usually made of mashed potatoes and filled with a variety of ingredients such as chopped meat vegetables, shredded chicken and some of it.
Ingredient:
● 300 gr Potatoes. Steamed. Puree it
● 1 egg yolk
● ½ teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
● ½ teaspoon salt
● ½ teaspoon Pepper
● The oil for frying
Stuffing Material:
● 150 gr Frozen Vegetable Mix
● 50 gr grilled chicken
● 1 clove Garlic
● 100 ml of liquid milk
● 1 teaspoon Maizena Flour, mix with 1 tablespoon of water
● ½ teaspoon salt
● ½ teaspoon Pepper
● 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
Material for coating
● 1 egg
● Chocolate bread flour / bread pan to taste
Instructions
- Sauté garlic, mix vegetables and ground chicken with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add salt, pepper and oyster sauce.
- Mix with a mixture of liquid milk, cook until boiling. Add cornstarch solution and stir until thickened.
- Blend the potatoes, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg powder and egg yolks. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Fill the potato mixture with the ingredients. Cover with eggs as an adhesive then put the mixture into a bowl filled with chocolate panir flour.
- Heat the oil. Fry the dough until it changes color.
- Remove and serve.
