Pad Thai

Ingredients

● 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
● 1 egg
● 2 tbsp. onion, minced
● 3 shrimps
● 3 tbsp. firm tofu, diced
● 1 cup rice noodle, soaked in water for 5 minutes
● 1 cup bean sprouts
● 1 stalk green onion, cut into centimeters

Instructions

Step 1: Pad Thai Sauce
Mix following ingredients together:
● 2 tbsp. tamarind juice
● 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
● 1 tbsp. soy sauce
● 1 tsp. palm sugar
● 2 tsp. peanut butter

Step 2: Pad Thai
1. Preheat a wok to medium heat, pour oil and stir onion
2. Add shrimps, tofu, beaten egg, rice noodle, bean sprout
3. Add the Pad Thai sauce mixture
4. Continue to stir well
5. Add green onion, mix well.
