Let’s Have Pizza for Every Meal.

Ingredients for the dough (for 2 persons):
- 220 g cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 180 g 1 toe garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon saltThis pizza base is yeast and wheat free. The “cauliflower flour” has very little carbohydrate.
Finely chop the cauliflower with the grater or blender. He should resemble semolina. Preheat the cauliflower semolina for about 8 minutes in a steamer or in the microwave at 600 watts.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Chop the garlic, grate the cheese. Mix egg, cheese, cauliflower, garlic, spices, and salt. Spread the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes until the bottom is a little brown.
Ingredients for the topping:
1 tetra pack passed tomatoes
on request: vegetables, turkey, cheese
Take the tin out of the oven and distribute the passed tomatoes on the pizza tray. The pizza at will, for example, with spinach, other vegetables and turkey breast cold cuts. Add 1-2 handfuls of grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese has run out.
As a topping, spread the fresh cream cheese (up to 16% fat absolute) on the floor. Sprinkle with 1 handful of grated cheese. 3-4 onions (cut into rings and steamed) and 1 pack of low-fat ham cubes on it – finished is the cauliflower taste.
