Roasted Broccoli With Lemon Tahini Sauce
Roasted Broccoli with Garlic & Basil Tahini Sauce – hеаlthу оvеn baked broccoli with tahini sauce. This recipe tаkеѕ few ingrеdiеntѕ аnd only 15 mins to make thiѕ ԛuiсk аnd еаѕу ѕidе dish.
- 2-3 head fresh broccoli
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup tahini sauce
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 3 tbsp almonds(chopped)
1. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil. Spread on baking sheet
2. Roast at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes until it begins to brown and become crispy. Remove from oven, then add salt and pepper to taste.
3. While roasting, make sauce. Grate garlic into tahini, then stir in lemon juice. Thin with warm water to desired consistency. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve broccoli warm with sauce.
Recipe tips for broccoli salad:
If you don’t like fried broccoli you can steam the broccoli.
Any nut can be substituted for the almonds. I like to toast my nuts before adding them in because it gives them so much great flavour.
