Blueberry Banana White Chocolate Oat Muffins

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
- ¼ cup quick cooking oats
- ½ sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ white chocolate chips
Preparation
- In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, beat oil, egg, and banana until combined. Gently fold in frozen blueberries and white chocolate chips. Spoon into prepared muffin tins.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 mins. Remove from the pan and let cool for 5 mins.
